Customer logs into myLink and selects "End Point Management." From there they can see the number of endpoints under management, the status of current virus definitions, and reporting on the number of devices upgraded to a given patch.
Adding endpoints under management
Customer logs into myLink, selects "End Point Management", and then "Add an Endpoint." After entering relevant information, the request goes to Customer Care who adds the end point, adjusts billing, and sends acknowledgment back to the customer.
